Q: Do I need socks for me or just the kids?
A: Everyone who is going to bounce must wear socks for sanitary reasons.
Q: Am I allowed to bring in food and drink?
A: Sorry but we are a food service business and we do not allow outside food or drink (including water & coffee) brought in with the exception of birthday cakes. Pizza and drinks can be included with the party package at a reduced price. Adults can order individually from the menu or you can have us place an order for all of them at once.
Q: If I need to cancel the party what are the penalties?
A: For a full refund, we ask for 3 weeks notice if cancelling. This gives a slight chance of re-scheduling a party for your time slot. If you have a last minute emergency and need to re-schedule, there will be a 100.00 fee to at least cover the employees scheduled for your party and the time spot that remains unused.
Q: What about kids with food allergies who can't eat pizza?
A: We have other options that can be purchased such as chicken tenders, nachos, hot dogs, and wings.
Q: Will there be other kids playing at the same time as our party?
A: Not at Indoor Bounce Party. The entire bounce section of the Prosper Party Place is reserved for your party. There may be another party using the bounce section while your party is in the party room and arcade. Children are not allowed to bounce after they have eaten. This keeps them from having upset stomachs as well as taking cake icing, and pizza back onto the inflatables. This is one of the ways we stay so clean. The Arcade is available for both the bouncers and the parties that finish eating early since this poses no safety risk.
Q: Is it customary to tip the Party Pals?
A: Tipping is an individual preference. Roughly 70% of parties do include a gratuity ranging from $5 each up to $25 each. Note: We only want you to tip our staff if you were happy with their service. Please be aware that Party Pals are trained to see if the kids are having a great time. If it is working then we don't fix it. If there is a lull in the party the Pals will then begin to join in with the kids to liven up the party.
